I was just listening to a replay of Mike Church's radio show this week (where I got the link in my first Salty post) and he talked about something else.... what about this:
A heck of a lot of people REQUIRE kosher salt be rubbed on meat as a part of their religious beliefs. So.... in NY,,, how many Kosher restaurants are there, and if the bill states no salt in ANY form, is that not directly interfering with a religious belief/choice? The bill says no salt in any form can be used in preparation of food to be consumed by customers... so how are Kosher restaurants supposed to get around that exactly?
Hey, I have that very box of salt in my kitchen. LOL
