Of course, this is a little old now, our parliament is back up and running, there is a new liberal leader who hasn't said much if anything about a coalition, and things seem to be normal (as normal as can be expected). The budget was released with some spending, but also some tax cuts/ higher base income tax level for our returns, etc etc. Obama is in now, not Bush, etc. But still worth a little read if you want to find out what the heck went on up here about a coalition and general confusion late in 2008.
